What are the cut sizes/minimum cuts size for fabric?
Minimum cut is 1yd. After 1yds we only cut in ½ yd (18”) increments.

Who do you use for shipping?
Our Shipping method is ground UPS. The freight is calculated from UPS  rates.

What is your Return Policy?
Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

What happens if an order arrives and is incorrect?
We always do our best to ship your order to you correctly. If we have made a mistake regarding your order, please notify us and we will correct the problem in a timely manner.

What if an item is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock we will notify you about the status right away. All in stock fabrics are shipped within 2 business days.

Can I get a sample?
1/4yd (9”) samples are available for $8.00. We strongly encourage our customers to purchase samples. We cannot accept returns, if you do not like the color or pattern, if a sample was not purchased.

What information is vital to get for a successfully shipped order?
Please be sure your address is complete when placing your order.  We will need apartment #’s, suite #’s and a physical address no PO Boxes.

Recommended care for the fabrics we sell?
All our upholstery fabrics need to be professionally cleaned.

How are the patterns in comparison to the images on your web site? What do the codes on an item mean?
The pattern shown on the web site is how it runs on the roll. Code descirptions are as follows:
C - Cotton
P - Polyester
R - Rayon
A - Acrylic
N - Nylon

What is acceptable payment?
Credit card is the only method of payment we accept. We take Discover, VISA, Master Card and American Express.
